After School Tutoring

Yorkland High School has a long tradition of providing superior one-on-one tutoring for capable students seeking to improve and enrich their daily classroom experience, troubleshoot problems, or consolidate basic skills.

Our after school tutors are also Ministry-certified teachers with expertise in their field with considerable knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum. Our tutors not only instruct our students but act as mentors to help them become more confident in their learning. They work cooperatively with schools, teachers, and parents to ensure that each student’s unique needs are effectively met.
